...the  rate of commercial motor vehicle fatalities has leveled off in recent years. To further reduce the fatality rate, FMCSA is working with state partners on CSA 2010, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Agency’s enforcement and compliance program.
A Change to Save Lives:
With Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 (CSA 2010), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), together with state partners and industry will work to further reduce commercial vehicle (CMV) crashes, fatalities, and injuries on our Nation's highways.
